Large-Scale Template System Development

When FedEx launched its global rebrand, Canva for Enterprise partnered with them to scale their new visual system across thousands of employees worldwide. I led the creative direction for the engagement, collaborating with the FedEx design team to translate their brand into a library of over 650 custom templates—each optimized for both designers and non-designers. The project pushed Canva’s technical limits and helped shape how large organizations use the platform to protect brand integrity while empowering creative flexibility.

Executive Design & Video Proof-of-Concepts

Partnering with Canva’s Head of Global Partnerships, I created custom proof-of-concept video and content pitches for enterprise sales teams—showcasing how Canva’s software could power creative collaboration at scale. These tailored presentations helped demonstrate Canva’s potential to global partners, including the NBA’s sponsorship division and the Philadelphia Eagles’ marketing team.

In addition to work showcasing Canva’s powerful video editing capabilities, I also completely redesigned NBA sponsorship decks in Canva as well. Leveraging the platform’s seamless integration of video, gifs, and motion, I created dynamic and on-brand designs demonstrating our full capabilities.

I completed a similar proof-of-concept presentation for the Philadelphia Eagles marketing team. The goal was to showcase Canva’s powerful branded templates, and how they could be leveraged by Eagles fans all over the world. I designed a full suite of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok templates using the Eagles brand package.

As a result, Canva secured a strategic partnership with the Eagles.

Product Advocacy, Training, and Evangelism

As Canva’s most senior US-based creative, I partnered closely with the Enterprise Field Marketing team to champion the platform across American markets. I led webinars, live demos, and customer training sessions—serving as both advocate and educator for how teams could scale design systems within Canva. My role also included panel appearances and special projects that brought the brand’s creative philosophy to life for enterprise clients.
